Frequently asked questions
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password?" and enter your email — we'll send a reset link. If you signed up with Google, sign in with that provider instead.
How do I share a scouting report with my players?
Open a scout and use the Share action to create a read-only link. Anyone with the link can view the report in their browser — no account or app required.
How do I invite my coaching staff?
From your organization or team, use Invite Member to send an invite link. The people you add can collaborate based on the role you assign them.
How do I manage or change my plan?
Plans are managed from the Billing section of your organization settings. From there you can subscribe, change tiers, or update your payment details.
How do I delete my account?
Open the account menu, go to Account, and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. Organization owners may need to remove their organization first.
Which devices are supported?
VolleyPad is built for iPad, with a companion web editor for scouting from a laptop. iPhone and other platforms are planned for a future release.
